House Construction
This project included the dismantling of the roof and the construction of a metal skeleton floor with galvanized sheet metal 1mm. The roof will be lined with gypsum board and waterproofing and thermal insulation, while the roof is made with tile panels. The lining of the walls was made of cement board, while the whole surface was made using an external thermoprocessing system STOTHERMCLASSIC.

The project consisted of the construction of 114 rooms of metal skeleton with galvanized sheet metal. The lining of the walls was made of double gypsum plasterboard, while decorative elements were made of expanded polystyrene EPS. The exterior surface of the building was made using the external thermal insulation system STOTHERMCLASSIC.

Agios Georgios
The first stage of the project consisted of the construction of 144 rooms of metal skeleton with galvanized steel sheet of 1 mm. The lining of the walls was made with double gypsum plasterboard, and decorative elements were made of expanded EPS polystyrene as well as various external architectural elements were created. The exterior surface of the building was made using the external thermal insulation system STOTHERMCLASSIC. In the new stage of the project, our company has undertaken to build 90 suites and 16 villas. The construction will be made of metal skeleton with galvanized sheet metal of 1 mm. The lining of the walls will be made of double gypsum plasterboard, and decorative elements of expanded polystyrene EPS The exterior surface of the building will be made using the external thermal insulation system STOTHERMCLASSIC.

Paleo ArtNouveau
The first stage of the project involved the renovation of 14 bungalows as well as the construction of private prefabricated pools and a large communal pool. The refurbishment of the bungalows included the universal dismantling of the rooms and their rebuilding as well as the construction of an electromechanical installation based on the new energy saving devices. The bathroom was constructed with decorative mosaic coating of the company STOTHERMCLASSIC, while the sinks were constructed with decorative EPS (expanded polystyrene) as well as various exterior architectural elements. Outside of the bungalows, routes were created with lighting and automatic watering. The second stage of the project concerned the refurbishment of 175 rooms. Work included renovation of bathrooms, furniture painting and wardrobe construction respectively in 175 rooms as well as wall masonry and construction of electromechanical installation.
