Description

The first stage of the project involved the renovation of 14 bungalows as well as the construction of private prefabricated pools and a large communal pool. The refurbishment of the bungalows included the universal dismantling of the rooms and their rebuilding as well as the construction of an electromechanical installation based on the new energy saving devices. The bathroom was constructed with decorative mosaic coating of the company STOTHERMCLASSIC, while the sinks were constructed with decorative EPS (expanded polystyrene) as well as various exterior architectural elements. Outside of the bungalows, routes were created with lighting and automatic watering.   The second stage of the project concerned the refurbishment of 175 rooms. Work included renovation of bathrooms, furniture painting and wardrobe construction respectively in 175 rooms as well as wall masonry and construction of electromechanical installation.
